Hello, My name is Jennifer Holliday the PROUD Owner of Assured Realty Solutions & Assured Auctions . I am excited to share this evolutionary model in Real Estate. I would love to talk more with you. I grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago. I developed a great work ethic by working in real estate offices. In the meantime, I was also taking accounting classes at Moraine Valley Community College. I was later employed by a major steel company working in accounts payable and human resources. In 1998, I was offered a job in Tomah, Wisconsin, and since it was closer to family, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. I have been in Sparta ever since. What a change from the fast paced city life! In 2001, I married my husband, Jason, and we have three beautiful children who are now all in school. We are a very active family, and we stand by the saying, “learn something new every day”. My family has always supported me and my career, and I’m thankful and lucky to have all of them in my life, because without them, I wouldn’t be as successful as I am today.

I am no stranger to the local real estate market, from the Mississippi River to Pettenwell/Castle Rock Lake areas, having spent 16 years as a REALTOR. I have a strategic partnership with United-Strategic Client Services based out of Dallas, TX. I also attended the Texas Auction Academy in 2008 and that was a great experience. Learning the ins and outs of the Auction business is a priority. There is nothing I enjoy more than learning how to extend my business. I rarely pass up an opportunity to educate myself. Staying focused on new technologies, I always have new strategies for advertising and thinking outside of the box. To help with the new innovations of the World Wide Web.
