Register for Conference

A confirmation will be sent when registration is processed. All registration packets must be picked up on-site. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by the WAA no later than January 15th, 2026, to receive a refund. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation. After January 15th, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

As a member benefit, if you are a current WAA Member, and you paid for the conference then your competition registration fee is FREE. There is no reason not to enter the competitions now! You also do NOT need to bring items to sell.
