Lots will start closing on June 25, 2024 at 6 pm. Buyers fee is 16% plus WI State sales tax or tax exemption on file. Invoices under $5,000 will automatically be charged to credit card on file the following business day June 26, 2024. If over $5,000.00, a cashier’s check with your bank letter and/or wire transfer will be accepted along with credit cards. Pick-up is Thursday June 27, 2024 from 12 pm to 5:30 pm at N4610 Hickory Rd, Hustisford, WI 53034.
