Wade is a third-generation auctioneer, real estate broker, a member of Baer Auctioneers – Realty, LLC. and Co-Owner / Auction Operations Manager for Rogers Community Auction, Inc. He specializes in the sale of real estate, heavy and farm equipment and firearms. He was the 2017 Ohio Champion Auctioneer and the President of the Ohio Auctioneers Association in 2020, where he led the way to improve their advocacy efforts into what it is today and continues to actively work with the Ohio Department of Agriculture and Legislators on behalf of Ohio Auctioneers. He received the CAI and AMM designations from the National Auctioneers Association in 2017. He is currently a Director on the National Auction Association’s Board of Directors, serving as the Chairman of the NAA Advocacy Committee and the Chairman of the Ohio Auctioneers Commission.
