2025 Summer Event Schedule

Wednesday June 18th

  • Members arrive throughout the afternoon as they wish.
  • Meet and Greet/Social Hour on the back patio at Three Bears
  • 5:30 Bags Tournament
    • Teams will be randomly selected
    • We will bring a couple items out of the trailer left over from convention to use as prizes
    • Dinner & drinks on the patio – Something simple (pizza’s or something similar)

Thursday June 19th

  • 7:30 AM Breakfast in the downstairs conference room.
  • 8:30 Round table discussion on things happening in the auction industry.
  • 10:00 FFA Competition Discussion/Meeting
    • Carol & Bridget will host a class for the FFA kids
  • 10:30 Leave on a UTV Ride.
    • If rentals are needed/trail maps:
      • 1 hour short trip $150
      • 4 hour rental $350
      • 8 hour rental $500
    • He also said there are sporting clays, fishing, pontoon rental, parks etc in the area.
  • 12:00 Have lunch out on the trail at a restaurant or bar.
  • 3:00 Board Meeting in lower conference room
  • 5:00 Social Hour/Dinner followed by Cocktails on the porch by the fire.

Friday June 20th

  • Breakfast at the 1878 Restaurant and depart
