FFA State Champion

This is the first year the FFA has held this event to provide an avenue to explore and bring awareness to the auction industry.

WI FFA Contest Winners:

1st Place – Max Luedtke, Beaver Dam FFA

2nd Place – Junie Kierce, Waunakee FFA

3rd Place – Sammy Springer, Mineral Point FFA

The winner of the state event can move on to the National Competition held at the NAA annual convention.  In July 2025 it will be held in Schaumburg, IL. Contestants had to go on stage and sell two items. They had to demonstrate their ability to sell and were judged on the clarity of their auctioneering chant. A couple of the students sold fishing rods made in our Natural Resources class and a hat provided by the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association. Proceeds were given to local charities.
