Mark is a first generation auctioneer from central WI.  He has attended auctions with his father from a very young age and became interested in someday becoming an auctioneer. Finally at the age of 21 he attended and graduated Worldwide College of Auctioneering and started selling livestock at the local sale barn.

In the course of the next few years he was hired to help with other sales across the state selling anything from flowers to farm machinery. Three years after graduating from auction school he went back again for the advanced bid calling seminar.   He now lives on a farm near Loyal WI where he along with his father and brother own and operate Oberholtzer Dairy Cattle and Auctions. He is a husband and a father to two daughters.

At Oberholtzer Dairy Cattle & Auction Co, we are dairy farmers willing to put the family name on our product. Truly family owned and operated, we also have the huge advantage of all our staff being current or former dairy farmers.

We sell all classes of cattle, hay & machinery in our regular weekly auctions but specialize in dairy cattle. We also have special one owner retirement auctions either at our yards or on your farm (also selling private treaty).
