Scouting America’s Test Lab

Feb 8, 2025 | NAA News, WAA Member News

The National Auction Association is thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new offering in Scouting America’s* Test Lab! This innovative lab allows Scouts to explore unique opportunities on a limited-time basis, with the most popular options earning a permanent spot in Scouting America’s prestigious merit badge portfolio.

So, why are we making such a big deal about this Test Lab? Well, we’ve got great news—ONE OF THE THREE NEW OPTIONS IS AUCTIONEERING!

Over the past few months, NAA member Chris Vaughan, NAA Community Cornerstone Chair Naomi Lewis, and the entire NAA team have worked tirelessly to develop this program, and they all are all confident that the Auctioneering Merit Badge will be a major hit among Scouts.

Now that it’s live, we encourage you to check out the AUCTIONEERING MERIT BADGE and spread the word far and wide. Share the link with every Scout you know, their families, and anyone connected to the Scouting community. Let’s make this merit badge a success within Scouting America, ensuring it becomes a permanent badge that future Scouts can proudly earn for years to come!

Together, let’s ensure that the NextGen of the auction industry knows just how amazing this opportunity is!
