“Together Towards Tomorrow” Banquet Auction

We are thrilled to announce that the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association will feature an exciting Calcutta Auction during our “Together Towards Tomorrow” Banquet at the 2025 Conference! This unique auction format adds an extra layer of excitement to our event, allowing participants to bid on contestants and potentially win big while building community among our members.
Key details: Date: January 28, 2025
Location: Grand Ballroom
Participation: By attending the Banquet, you will be entered in a drawing to be a contestant.
How it works:
* We will select a number of contestants to compete in the event.
* Banquet attendees will have the opportunity to bid on individuals competing in the contest.
* The highest bidder for each contestant becomes the “owner” of that contestant.
* Owners will receive a percentage of the total pot based on the performance of their contestant.
* 1/3 of the pot goes to the competitor, 1/3 goes to the owner, 1/3 goes to the association.
Why join the Calcutta Auction:
* Adds an element of friendly competition and strengthens our professional bonds
* Provides a chance to win exciting prizes
* Creates lasting memories with fellow auctioneers
* It’s FUN!
Get ready for a thrilling auction experience! Don’t miss out on the chance to be part of the Calcutta action at the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association Convention.
Thank you for your enthusiasm and support as we work “Together Towards Tomorrow” to make this event a success! This is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our professional community while enjoying an evening of excitement and camaraderie.
