  1. The Public Hearing in Madison is TOMORROW.

    The Wisconsin Legislature’s Committee on Ways and Means will hold a public hearing on Assembly Bill 712, addressing a sales & use tax exemption for personal farm property and household goods sold by auction on the Internet.

    This bill impacts online auction transactions involving everyday household items and personal farm property. Auctioneers, sellers, buyers, and those using online auction platforms are encouraged to learn more, attend, and provide testimony or feedback.
