Jason Deel, CAI, CES, AARE, GPPA
Jason Deel is the owner of JD’s Realty & Auction, one of Tennessee’s fastest-growing auction firms specializing in real estate and personal property auctions statewide. A 20-year U.S. Army veteran and former Major, Jason brings discipline, innovation, and leadership to every aspect of the auction industry.

Jason conducts more than 400 auctions annually and is widely recognized for his expertise in marketing, negotiation, and building high-performing auction teams. He is also a past owner of Nashville Auction School, recently completing a successful sale of the institution to new leadership.

Jason serves as the Vice President of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association and on the board of the National Auction Foundation. He has been featured on the Netflix series Swap Shop, bringing national visibility to the auction profession.

Jason lives in East Tennessee and remains committed to elevating the auction industry through education, innovation, and service.
