This program is the 85 hour Classroom and 50 Hour Virtual Session offered at the Middle TN Association of Realtors. Note: the tuition price is non-refundable. This course will be 9 consecutive days, 10 for some states at Middle TN Realtors Association. The 85 Hour course is good for any licensure state. The 50 hour course is good only for TN, MS, & LA. In this course you will have the option of attending live in person for the full 85 hours or virtually for 50 hour course from 8-3 daily.
