Kentucky Auctioneers Association Convention

Kentucky's only organization dedicated to the auction profession and auctioneers, the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, will meet in Lexington KY in January of 2022. Thursday, January 20th will feature the Auction Basics Course which is half of the 12 hours required to take the Apprentice Auctioneers License Exam. It also fulfills the 6 hours of CE for a licensee.

Thursday, January 20th will feature the Auction Basics Course which is half of the 12 hours required to take the Apprentice Auctioneers License Exam. It also fulfills the 6 hours of CE for a licensee.

On Friday, January 21st, the 6 hour CORE course will be offered. This meets the requirement for CORE every four years, the other 6 hours for the Apprentice License Exam Candidates, and the general 6 hours of CE required by all licensees.

Also on Friday, we will have Dinner, the Fun Auction and Preliminary Contests. A jam packed day of fun and fellowship.

Saturday, January 22nd, will begin with Coffee and Conversation, 3 hours of CE in the morning & 3 more hours of valuable CE in the afternoon followed by the President’s Banquet.

NOTE: New this year, Saturday evening there will be a President’s Banquet which will include the Finals Competitions, Champion of Champions, Scholarship Award, Auctioneer of the Year, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement Award winners will be recognized

A Worship Service kicks off Sunday, January 23rd with Coffee and Conversation following. Three more hours of education, and the Annual Business Meeting which will round out the 65th edition of the KAA Annual Convention.
