Dan Ellsworth

TCQ Solutions Corp

Dan is an accomplished Senior Executive and Thought Leader with more than 25 years of success in the agriculture marketing, sales, distribution, and radio-frequency identification industries. He has extensive experience running complex projects driving organizational improvements to achieve growth objectives. His key areas of expertise include acquisitions/integration, strategic marketing, vision casting, people development, livestock vaccine markets, and organizational alignment.

Throughout my leadership career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead start-ups, pharmaceutical companies, and established multi-million-dollar enterprises through substantial growth initiatives, mergers, and acquisitions, and commercialization of new products. Through the introduction of private equity, strategic business planning, and calculated risk, I’ve helped companies scale profits by over 3x in just as many years. These complete overhauls in a corporate landscape were key to revolutionizing marketability across new segments and geographies.

As a subject matter expert and thought leader in the animal health industry, I’ve become highly sought after for my ability to ideate new products, identify opportunities, and lead research and development efforts while establishing realistic paths to commercialization and revenue.

From growing businesses to introducing new products, I’ve been lucky to carve out a niche for myself in the executive world. What I’m likely most proud of, however, is developing a unique cross-section of experience as chief executive officer, executive coach, and venture capital professional, which has helped me guide organizational transformations, shift business from founders to private equity and drive fundamental shifts in business strategy for increases in valuation.
