As the week winds down, the action heats up during the highly anticipated NAA International Auctioneer Championship. Auction professionals from around the world will showcase their bid-calling and interview skills in this day-long competition. Being crowned International Auctioneer Champion can be a life-changing experience and may lead to advanced career opportunities for contestants.
To compete, contestants are required to:
- Be 18 years or older and a current NAA member on or before July 12
- Register for the conference or register as a paid exhibitor on or before the May 15 deadline. One-day conference passes do not qualify
- Complete the contestant entry form and pay a $400 entry fee on or before the May 15 deadline
- Attend the mandatory IAC Roll Call and Orientation meeting held at 7 a.m. on the day of the contest. Failure to be present at roll call will result in disqualification without refund of conference or contest fees.
Each contestant will sell two items consecutively in both the preliminary and final rounds. The items are supplied by the NAA. Only finalists will participate in the interview portion of the final round. Please read the entire set of rules and requirements before registering to compete.
