Work with education committee and staff to provide education, networking and social opportunities for members, including pre- and post-conference activities such as tours, entertainment, meal.

18 mos. prior -  Select conference site. Post date and location on website. Supply name of hotel and sales manager to WAA staff for follow up and contracting with hotel/convention center. Board selects NAA guest speaker; staff makes arrangements with NAA. Staff sign contract, supply credit application or deposit, if necessary; arrange for direct bill for speakers and staff lodging.

EXHIBITOR SUBCOMMITTEE:
Responsibilities: Obtain list of exhibitors on file at WAA office; collect additional prospects from hoard and members; send invitation letter and conference brochure; work with staff to assign exhibitors for follow up phone calls by board members.

CHILDREN'S AUCTION SUBCOMMITTEE:
Responsibilities: Recommend day and time for event to the Conference Committee for approval. Once approved staff will include it in schedule. Seek participants; purchase required no. of items and submit bill for reimbursement; arrange for clerking; conduct auction.

FUN AUCTION SUBCOMMITTEE:
Will organize and conduct Fun Auction at Annual Conference. Arrange for clerking; encourage members to bring items for this primary WAA fundraiser. See other ways in increase participation and income.
