Colonel Lange has been auctioneering since 1968, conducting all kinds of auctions including real estate, heavy equipment, farms, cattle, estate sales and antiques.  He has also conducted real estate assessments and appraisals for 25 years.

Lange Auction Center is conveniently located between Merrill and Wausau, Wisconsin, 3 miles west of Hwy. K on County Hwy. FF. The auction center has all the amenities for year ‘round auctions conducted indoors or outdoors with plenty of parking in a lighted parking lot.

Colonel Lange will also conduct “on site” auctions, providing an experienced auction team–auctioneer, clerks, cashiers, and ring personnel, as well as PA system, tents, food service, and portable bathroom.

The auction crew takes on the responsibility of preparing the merchandise for auction day. A well-run public auction is a quick, efficient means of converting your valuable property into cash.

The auction company’s knowledge of advertising guarantees that the auction is effectively promoted. We take care of all of the advertising from sending out flyers to placing ads in the local shoppers guide and/or newspapers.
